On 3rd August 2024, the HERF team received a distress call about a boy washed away in the Markandeya River. The team swiftly reached the site early in the morning and, after just 1 hour of search, recovered the body. In recognition of their selfless efforts, the district administration awarded the team with a letter of appreciation. The credit for this successful rescue goes to the entire team, whose dedication and bravery in the face of danger are commendable. The team works tirelessly, regardless of time, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of others.
